It's literally picrel but with cheapo V-brakes and some old integral handlebar+quill stem combo I got off another bike in the trash because it was more rigid for when I still used it

Previous owner crushed the chainstay by using a mid-mounted kickstand onto the thing and leaning on the bike while fully loaded for touring
I still want to give him back his "proper" bike though and even though he doesn't really need it at this point it's a matter of principle to get it working and working well.
I swallowed my pride and ordered a clutched derailleur.
