Please ignore the godawful tan, I forgot sunscreen at an outdoors event like a mongoloid.
I only started lifting ~3 months ago, and I when I started, I was unable to do a single pushup, so I was probably very far behind the average starting point. I've put on 6 or 7 pounds since I started, which I'm quite happy with.
Obviously I am still skinny and all, but I've already seen some changes that are quite motivating.
Also, instead of replying to everyone else who posted, it's nice motivation to see where people can get to. Hopefully I can be proud of what I achieve in a year or two.
