All my default tools have silk touch. An axe for bookshelves, melons and mushroom blocks, a shovel for grass blocks, mycelium, etc., and a pickaxe for everything else. I only bring out my fortune pickaxe when I go mining ore. There's absolutely no reason to have a double set of tools, and fortune on axes and shovels don't do anything
