It really isn't though. Most of us know OG is a solid 7/10 throughout with a fairly flat, comfy level of quality, Stars fluctuates wildly with extreme highs and lows and you either love or hate the change in core focus, and Friends is weaker than both OG and Stars but has somewhat more nuanced writing for its main cast.
If someone asked me for an imoutocore anime rec, I wouldn't recommend them above one of the upper-tier seasons of Precure (Princess/Hugtto/Tropical Rouge/Splash Star) but that would depend what they're looking to get out of one of these shows anyway.
