He goes and buys big packs until he MLB whatever new thing is on rate-up on both games.
During 2.5 he rolled until he got both Siren and Mihara at Core 7.
Shift Up is going to make tons of money with the middle east servers, some of these dudes are hardcore whales and for some reason they really like fighting games too.
