What's your team? 10% shouldn't pose much trouble on that fight. If you're using Red Hood, then quick shot outside of her burst instead of full charges - that way you'll gain burst bar faster. Aim the shots where the parts overlap with main body. Before Nihi's fire breath, both guns overlap on her head - time your RH burst to abuse that. For phase 2 just aim for the cores inside the heads, with RH you can even aim where the heads connect with the body to hit both at once.

I've always hated co-op and only ever did the minimum number of attempts needed to buy everything I wanted from the shop, but I had an internal conundrum driven from the fact that I couldn't bring myself to AFK through it. Some other advice:
-Join the co op lobbies, it's free wins
-IMHO the game is designed such that your first month goes easy and then you start hitting walls (this depends on how you roll tho)
-Don't use your resource boxes/chests, because you're advancing very fast. Save those for later...much later
-Use molds asap and pray you get some good units
-Same with upgrading equips, just wait til you have the highest tier (T9) before upgrading
-I dont know at when newfags unlock the wishlist for 'Ordinary Recruit', but ask around once you unlock it
-Social Point recruits are free, roll those whenever
-Here's a table for outpost dust lvl up breakpoints, later on way on, core dust is the resource the gatekeeps levelling
-Speaking of lvling, focus on one good team, dont spread your resources around too much unless you roll someone real good

From a meta standpoint you want Liter from Missilis, she's the best B1 in the game (Little Mermaid is a sidegrade to Liter and a pilgrim), for Pilgrims, Crown the best b2 buffer, Red Hood, Modernia and Scarlet are top tier for newfags, especially Scarlet as she has an instant screen wipe which is very useful to deal with emergencies (and >pvp), Modernia for extended aoe bursts, RH for bursting down bosses.
For healers, Naga (often paired with Crown to proc her buffs harder) or Rapunzel (her burst revives a fallen ally) are good to have on the team but not using their bursts....but get the previously mentioned units first. These are all safe and must have investments so no need to hold back on using skillbook mats on them

You will want to level up 5 of your purple/SR/4* or whatever you are calling them until they reach their cap of 160. When you get enough copies of SSR/5*/Gold characters to reach the 200 cap, then you reset one of your SR and put everyting on that SSR, repeat that until you have a team of 5 SSRs at 200, which will unlock the slower progression that increases everyone level cap in the synchro machine at once
With the synchro machine you will be able to use whatever characters you get later without having worrying about manually leveling them up.
From the units you have i would say to use N102 as your burst 1, Centi as Burst 2, EVE, Rapi and Drake at burst 3. Blanc is very very good healer but she requires having either Noir or Rouge in the team to shorten her burst, if you get either one of them, immediatly add them to your team
