Been having this for quick lunch most days for a few weeks. 12 oz bag each of riced cauliflower and green beans, a can of tuna, pepper, garlic powder and low-sodium onions sauce.
About 350 calories, 36-37g protein, 7g fat (green beans have some butter), and 40-41g carbs. Costs about $6.
Looks like pure slop, but dead easy, satiating, tastes fine and the macros/price are right.
inb4 mercury poisoning.
I'm not a pregnant/breastfeeding woman or other at-risk population, it's a non-issue. Also it's chunk light, which has much lower mercury levels anyway.
