They're to emerge from crossovers of Aryan tribes (eg Scott-German, French-English, Welch-Irish, etc), NOT the burger king kids club form of diversity made up of fallen Lemurian (blacks and tribal groups) or fallen Atlanteans (turkics, middle easterners, certain asiatic, Jews). The third Reich had no illusions of Germanic being the only Aryan tribes, they just felt that being at the epicenter of racial spiritual awakening at the time it was necessary they lead the world into a new paradigm. Fallen Atlanteans and their thralls suppressed that for a while but they may well have just packed a powder keg.
