They're to emerge from crossovers of Aryan tribes (eg Scott-German, French-English, Welch-Irish, etc), NOT the burger king kids club form of diversity made up of fallen Lemurian (blacks and tribal groups) or fallen Atlanteans (turkics, middle easterners, certain asiatic, Jews).
