Anything blatantly wrong with this build?

I already have the corsair CPU cooler in my current system so I'll reuse it. Is it enough for the 9950X3d?
I also have a 750W PSU, but it doesn't seem to leave much of a buffer with the current configuration, and this is before adding the drives and other things that will surely drive up the wattage.
