People that waste money on Japanese knives like they're actually better than a pioneer woman set.
Pioneer woman makes the nicest shit. Their knives are great. The Walmart fillet knife is nice too if you just sharpen it.
Look at the markdown in pic related they're worthless to the point they can take that much off.
I bought a single cheap knife at Walmart, ground the edge completely off, and put a single bevel on it. Now I have a sashimi knife and it cost me like $4
