It's insultingly bad in many ways. Even the gunplay is bland and boring. I can't think of single thing done better than previous games besides maybe repainting guns.
The worst is the writing. It's a disgrace to the franchise.

It's cearly written by a sheltered white woman that knows absolutely nothing about gangs and the violent masculine traits that drive the culture.
When I learned this was true I laughed for like 15 minutes.
