Modifiers get easier the farther you go
I don't know why swedes made this convoluted system but evidently it doesn't work as intended
Also 21-25 has the highest number of bosses from all brackets, it gets very noticeably easier on 26 when you exit that hellish bracket. Why? Nobody knows.
There's a reason why so many players get stuck in 21-25 while shitters still get carried to 40 without any issues. And why shitters who come to ((help)) noobs and do their havoc penance easily fold to 21-25 hordes.
