That even ancient CVs like decommissioned Enterprise and soon to be decommissioned Nimitz are far beyond any other nations' capabilities of naval aviation.

I have not a slightest idea, how anyone (China? India(lol)? Russia(lol!)?) could compete with the newest Ford-line CVs. It's just useless to even try.
