Giving blood is charity, you're saving a stranger from dying for nothing in return and that's honourable. Your body will regenerate the few mL of blood you gave in a matter of days if you're healthy.

Selling blood or any part of your body however is filthy. Expecting money from that is very jewish.

I give my blood regularly because it's philantropic and it doesn't cost me anything.
