No refunds, wouldn't have the game in my library if they did offer them, they said they'll "get around to making the game someday after a couple of smaller projects, maybe, probably" and completely dropped it once they thought everyone had forgotten about it.
The game was for sure way too ambitious, they started off with their own engine, then switched to unity and to unreal after that, they had a lot of good ideas but there is a reason ideas guys with little to no technical background usually make for horrible project leads.
It was one of, if not the first steam greenlight/early access scams, quite the feat in on itself and completely understandable why they would want to distance themselves from that as much as they can, but I personally can't let the thing go.

All of that information is rather easily available, but there has been a rather considerable amount of autism contributing towards this deep rooter skepticism and hatred towards anything these people create, and that has in turn contributed towards looking and memorizing this stuff up.
