She's only a two star so you'll get her sooner rather than later, even if it can take a bit to get her racing outfit which looks great too. I also like the home screen chatter and wish you could poke them a bit more for different reactions, I hope more dialogue gets added over time.
If you like that sort of stuff I think you can also set up app notifications on your phone and you'll have your home screen girl telling you stuff throughout the day in their own way, but I haven't managed that so it's either a Jap only thing or I screwed up with the notifications somewhere.
