There's a few differences but Nagisa's navel is the biggest one.
Like MH Honoka's second belt with a golden heart on it and her top extends over her skirt. Her boots are a little frillier too.
Nagisa has a red shirt, double the frills, bigger boots, and maybe the gloves are bigger too.
I think I like the simpler first season designs more.
