it takes like 4 minutes to make a proper tomato sauce like the one i explained, considering you dont even have to make the passata. cmon give it a try. if you dont wanna cook the pasta and the sauce at the same time then you can just make the sauce first and put it in a jar until you need it. though i wouldnt eat it after 3 or so days that its been in there unless you freeze it
