I'm probably at the most STR/DEX hybrid I've ever been right now.
> Squatting 170 kg x 5
> Benching 120 kg x 5,
> Don't deadlift anymore because I'm 35 and it fucks me up.

But at the same time, I'm probably the most fucked up I've ever been in my life. I'm tired all the time and currently suffering from a trapped nerve in my shoulder (getting better after a month).
At least at 35, I think something has to give. I think powerlifting and running is fundamentally incompatible for 99% of people. Being able to do 5 km once a week is definitely healthy though.
Every time you see an old boomer person who can barely get out of their car or walk themselves to the toilet, just remember they probably never lifted, ran or ate properly
