Okay it looks like the phrase was actually that the stories will "transcend time and space". Not necessarily the same as being focused on time and space, but I don't see why else we would be using the words time and space if they weren't relevant. It's the only hint we've got. I would say that the act of defeating Chronomon and Galacticmon would probably count as transcending time & space though.
