If you look at the two bond form they are
-Humanoid
-fluorescent line
-design are inspired by a mix of their adult , perfect and ultimate form (Bond Agumon has the color scheme of Greymon/Metalgreymon but his helmet+hair looks like Wargreymon, Bond Gabumon is metalic and has "wing" like Metalgarurumon but still has fur part like Garurumon/Weregarurumon).

So for Piyomon bond of love I would take Garudamon has a base. Change his helmet to looks like Hououmon one with the feather, give it 4 wings and give it a tail similar to Hououmon. Then for the color make it fiery like Birdramon with purple neon line to remind of the Hououmon feather tips.

For Serenity I think it wanted to say purity/sincerity.
