It is a 2x2 kind of "two reasons". And speaking of which - I do suggest to try the "Cyberpunk armory" mod. It doesn't add armor sets on the existing NPCs, but it does add armor sets for Player's donuts. No new factions, no new towns are added by that mod. The blueprints can be found in cities and hiver caravans, but the blueprints are expensive though. And the mod was updated the last time forever ago.
