They set the toughness damage multiplier to 0.3 thinking it would be 30% reduction, but the math comes out to 70% reduction. They're retards who don't even understand the mechanics to their own game, let alone test them.

That would make sense if it were better at doing so than BTL, but it just isn't. Almost everything someone with even moderate experience can fuck up is melee or disabler related, and BTL is better at dealing with both (you can just charge 90 degrees away from trappers if you fucked up). What the fuck are they doing, standing in sniper fire or something? Walking at gunners that you could just slide toward and headshot?

Yeah, I get that, but the only thing you ever need to aim for is surgical. Without surgical you can just level your crosshair and do the equivalent of a quickscope for a single accurate shot, so you can do that while sliding. Fair play if you're sniping with surgical I guess, but at that point I'd rather be a veteran.
