For closing the Heiltropfen container, don't bend the lid to get rid of excess air while sealing it. I ripped a lid that way. It took a while though. If you have hardcore, autistic, OCD tendencies, try not to indulge them for this. A flat surface or your other hand while pushing down (repeatedly while going around the edge until you don't hear and/or feel any clicks) on the lid with a small hump at the center of the lid due to excess air is fine. And should be left at that. As far as remineralization goes, that might be optional. If you don't notice your spine hurting while stooping (when it normally doesn't), you might be fine. But if you do need to remineralize, Celtic sea salt can be added to the list. I use the one by Selina Natural. It's possible the site for the 1st link in the post was taken down after it was shared on /x/. Which might be a common occurrence for some sites that, I assume, cover forbidden topics.
