Here in Russia, 95% of VPN services don’t work. They block entire protocols like WARP, not to mention more basic ones like WireGuard, OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP, and IPSec/IKEv2. All of these are completely blocked.

The VPNs that still work are provided by foreign intelligence services to steal data, and I definitely won’t trust them.
