He even introduced the fucking notebook, just to trash it soon after. Could've had a cool setting with Deku working closely with the Support corp, actually coming with interesting solutions to beat his enemies (as it was hinted at in the beginning of the series y'know). And sending a message that hard work and Willpower can be triumphant even in a world of pure talented individuals (hell I feel like this would be very popular with people, just look at how Rock Lee, in the original Naruto, is remembered).
