Nope. Batman wouldn't even be able to react to Superman. Superman can read EVERY medical book ever written with full comprehension before a normal person can even process that he's left a room.
That means in less than a second, Superman left the room, found every medical boom ever written, read and flipped through literal trillions of pages, and then understood it on such a profound level that he was confident enough he now knew enough about the subject to perform an emergency surgery.
No amount of prep time will help Batman when Superman is that fast. Zero.
