So with the Illaoi changes, when you get E'd and have to leave range to not get a ton of free health loss, you back up out of the circle, it will spawn a tentacle that you will easily side step, hit it once, then wait a second, maybe 1.5, then hit it again, and no more will spawn.
But the tentacle slams that do hit will do a couple more points of damage.
