i get where your coming from, especially in gen 7 because everything felt like

some really creative racing games where coming out, think shit like Blur, Motorstorm, Split Second, PURE etc.
Problem was those games all sold pretty good but gen 7 simply was that era where every publisher was chasing COD money and if it didnt make atleast NFS kind of money your game was dead in the water .
Cool racing games are still coming out, Wreckfest is tight and the new TXR is surprisingly good for a 20$ game
