Against that comp? I think so. Abrams and Mo were tanking all my teammates so I thought I ought to get it. Regardless, tankbuster is a good buy for bombs regardless due to the burst. I actually sold spirit strike and started buying gun items in that game. Also tankbuster can help you take down camps with a single bomb which is great for farming

Also spirit snatch doesn't help you when you bombing yourself, your teammates, or creeps so it's better later on when you're mainly focusing on hook/uppercut picks imo
