Absolutely not, my slant eyed friend. The latest public figure is 112M/u for the Swiss F-35s due to low procurement costs and 83M/u for the Finnish order of 60+. Even when you add in all the infrastructure that is tied in to the F-35 program you never reach a cost of 250M/u.
