I see this as taking place before Chujin was born (because I view the Underground as taking place over centuries with humans on average falling down anywhere from 40-100 years apart), but were they alive Chujin would have a distaste for humans but not have any reason to hate this human in particular.
I think in general, monsters who regularly interacted with a human who lived long enough to become a notable figure would be less likely to subscribe to anti-human propaganda. It might even be a problem for Asgore, though one he's too kind-natured and weak-willed to do anything about while the human is alive, as the two have probably grown to be regular acquaintances who meet on a consistent basis.
My take is inspired by weaver's take, in which Asgore and the human are "old friends."
