Funny story, I found this obscure Chinese webseries called "Aotu World" while searching for inspiration for outfits for Alex, and wouldn't you know it, I found exactly what I was looking for, and the character just so happened to be named Xander.

Alex wouldn't wear this in his canon timeline, not because he's afraid to show his midriff (he's rather proud of how skinny he is) but rather because he doesn't want people to call him gay like Harley and Wallace. However, I am certainly going to take inspiration from this (in addition to Ayerscarpe from Arknights) for his cyberpunk AU. Because in the year 2077, everyone's a tummy slut. I hope nobody thinks I'm ripping off you-know-who with the cropped jacket.

Apparently the show gets depressing in Season 3. No dubs are available but there are fanmade subs.
