the factories are now closed, the weather is shit, the roads are shit, the jobs pay like shit, and the only business to open in the past 40 years is a walmart

every house will be 50+ years old with neglected maintenance that would cost tens of thousands to fix, many with only one bathroom, one car garage, almost all on small lots of land

50%+ of the people at the local elementary school will be receiving free lunch, town will have multiple trailer parks... that's the real issue with buying in these areas, you are living life amongst poor, stupid, lazy fucks with no aspirations to be anything else in life
