You're one person. And I'm including official translations. You can look at the front page of Mangadex or every time Seven Seas announces new manga they got to see that quality is in no way an indicator of what gets translated. People on here also complain every season about the garbage that gets adapted. Plus, you enjoying something doesn't mean it's good either, and that's in general. And there are plenty of scanlators that translate stuff that people want to read (ie isekai) instead of what they themselves like.
There's also nowhere near enough series that get translated, even by scanlators and official companies combined, to be able to say that everything good gets translated, especially when there is a leaning at times into things that most people would consider bad. It's the same retarded way of thinking as people who say that the arbitrary amount of content that gets adapted from a manga or LN is the only good part of it.
>thousands of manga
>some small percent of it gets translated
>by some amazing coincidence, that just so happens to include every good manga
>an anime adaptation of something that was not translated before comes out and ends up getting super popular with people loving it (take Ruri no Houseki from this season)
>all of a sudden that manga was actually good despite not fitting the criteria for being good before
