Shiki has a pretty impressive resume when it comes to charming woman, anon.

He made Ciel, a demon hunter, fall in love with him, even when he was merged with her mortal enemy (Roa). Then, later, he convinced Ciel to enter a polygamous relationship with him and Arcueid, who Ciel hated because she was a demon/vampire hunter and Arc is a vampire (true Ancestor).
Then Shiki made Akiha, the daughter of the man who murdered his family, and someone who is also conceptually opposed to him, fall in love with him.
He even made Kohaku fall in love with him, and that bitch is more insane than Sakura in Heaven's Feel.

Shiki very clearly has EX Charisma
