Do you want to maximize revenue? What's your time worth? As noted, lot(s) are your best route. But the bigger the lot, the less you make per game. Trade off is you spend less time getting the games out, you get your money faster, and can move on with your life.

One thing to not do on eBay (I assume eBay is one of your venue considerations,) is auction sales. You start your item for a buck, it'll sell for a buck.

There's selling locally, which would eliminate the need to ship or pay fees to the selling platform. But if your Craigslist/Facebook experience is like mine, you get a lot of people wasting your time asking "is this available?" only to never be heard from again, or they insist on giving themself a 50% discount.

And if it does work out, you have to coordinate a time and place to meet (versus just dropping off at the local post office.) You might also spend gas & time driving to buttfuck nowhere. So you should make it a worthwhile sale (big lot, valuable item, or require a minimum purchase amount.) Also, if you don't want to get murdered, meet at a Starbucks or other popular, public spot.
