I'm not an /x/ anon (noticed fuckery & left way before the exodus) but I experienced the kind of targeted harassment from 4chan's staff that you're describing where they would stalk you on and off site, gather information on you and harass you with it, delete all your posts or 404 every thread you post in even if you ban evade, post your real life name or personal details then delete it instantly, etc. I even got some death threats KEK. A lot of the jannyposts seemed to center around trying to get me to kill myself, which fills me with dread when I consider the reason they do that is because it probably works on other anons (I've never even remotely had those kinds of thoughts before or after.) All from a janny or mod. I've seen it happening to other anons too. To lend some credibility that I'm not just an insane retard the source code leak showed that there were hardcoded checks in the php specifically to try to stop me from posting.
Thoughts:
- They definitely target schizotypial, schizoid and narcissistic anons. Personally I'm a schizoid hikikomori. Most leaders tend to be narcissists (also known as the warrior gene) and schizotypial/schizoid thinkers have autistic thinking without the cognitive impairment and for all of human history have tended to be either dysfunctional retards or paradigm shifting thinkers and transcendent virtuoso artists and the likes. My point is, those "chuds" were the most dangerous ones to the agenda behind the janny's.
- Anons the jannies did not like were deemed "schizos" to discredit them in the eyes of anons but I think a lot of people miss the big picture: Jannies were afraid and focusing their efforts heavily on severing the more creative outside-the-box thinking anons from the normiecattle. Normalizing the idea that any unusual idea or concept you haven't heard of before at face value is "schizo" before you've looked into it was a psyop in and of itself.
