Dude... what the fuck does this mean? I keep having this issue where games on fullscreen or windowed fullscreen are capped at 90 fps no matter what, unless I enable vsync. The only game where this isn't a problem is minecraft. So for example right now I'm testing with fortnite, windowed fullscreen and fullscreen both are capped at 90 fps, but as soon as I turn the game into windowed (doesn't cover my entire screen) my fps shoots up to 300.

I've spent the last hour or so with chatgpt going through all of my monitor + driver settings trying to figure out what's going on, and I can't fix shit. I just did a full factory reset of my monitor's internal settings and now chatgpt is telling me to use this CRU tool to check out what's going on.

Does anyone understand this shit? Windows says the refresh rate is 165, AMD says the refresh rate is 165, but now here it's saying 60-90hz. WTF?

My monitor is an asus rog strix XG27AQV and my gpu is a 7800xt.
