Not exactly. I don't think it's a problem really as much as a deck building choice. Popular or not, it's possible to accommodate yellow heavy decks. A lot of zero cost leaner decks aren't going to need blues, so why not take yellow copies of your key cards instead? For example, you have death-spitting Azaleas rocking as few as three blues, all her specialization, and the chunk of resource cards are in fact yellow.
Furthering the design of yellow, you have talents like Light or classes such as Pirate that have different relationships with their yellow copies than others do. Personally I hope that LSS continues to explore these avenues of color expression. It's going to take some time though, because they seldom repeat their approach to making sets.
