Ignore the glowsticks, keep them somewhere else if you want them or if you really need them mount them exterior.

The stuff attached to your pack seems a little unneeded unless you are going to be using it to provide medical aid to others in which case just add multiples of what you already have, though always pull from their IFAK before dipping into your own supplies. Honestly don’t overthink it.
