Lots of regulations were relaxed starting in the 80s. Nevermind HoA nazi-zones becoming popular. So it's not even the same thing as me posting my /own/ image, asking the alienware guy I'm trying to samefag as whether the desk he's using is made of plastic or if it's a mat, so i can improve in passing off as him better by finding a leather mat.
