rightmost looks younger, but if she's supposed to be 39 I think the middlemost is best... they're so similar though I can't tell if I'm hallucinating the differences, it looks like her skin's texture is slightly softer and the corners of her mouth were raised to make the line of her lips flatter. skin texture could just be the lighting though.

personally, I'd focus on defining the lip shape a bit more, a more pronounced cupid's bow tends to be bimbo-chic. currently the lips have a very flat and plain shape
also would move the nostrils up a tiny bit to echo the general V shape of her face, where features toward the edge (eye corners, cheekbones, brows) turn up a bit from the center. I think that calls more of her altmer heritage into her appearance
