At best the mod will need patches and at worst it will be incompatible no matter what you do. Go try installing a vanilla Skyrim mod on Enderal and see what happens, and Skyblivion changes the game even more than Enderal does

Then use the thigh scale sliders (just called thigh) but then in cbbe or unp bodyslides offset the leg thickness with low values on the thigh and chubby leg sliders. That's a basic formula but you might need to be more creative with slider use. Also i think there's a mod that increases the range of bodyslide sliders so that can be helpful for hitting lower values on the thickness sliders
