So pay $10k out of your own pocket for a lawyer only to have the DOJ drop the charges right before they’re about to lose so no precedent is set. This $0 tax is a bullshit consolation prize and everyone knows it. Thankfully the BBB only passed by one vote in the House the first time. It’s not getting passed again now that the Senate has gutted it. The House should punt it right back to the Senate in its original form and force them to vote on it again. Shut the government down until Thune and Vance grow some balls and do what we put them there to do.
