It's not great. An internet friend works as a high school substitute teacher in America and they say nothing but buzzwords.
I've also heard there are a bunch of tiktok trends on how to get extension for assignments and you can tell because about 20 students will all do the same thing at the same time.

Yep. Plus you can make AI write the assignment, AI do the assignment, and have AI grade it. No humans necessary!

That's basically what my supervisor did. In my email to 'help' he got ChatGPT to write a summary of the task with some places to start looking (none of the things were particularly useful).

Makes sense. One of the ironies is that it puts the user in a supervisory role where you need to be able to program to spot any mistakes it makes, so you now need to know how to supervise/manage it in addition to knowing how to program.
Or you could just "vibe code". Whatever that is.
