Measurements are the same as day 0 so far, if it will change I will post about it.
So, it is the 4th test by now, first had 0,7ml of saw palmetto applied, second and third had 1,4ml and current has 2,1ml. According to that it seem to not work, at least on me. There are a few factors that may have led to this, so I don't think it is useless yet.
Also regarding health: skin on my leg is absolutely normal, it has the same softness as the other one, there are no blisters or anything, so at least it doesn't turn you into a rotting ghoul.

>I'd say maybe buy the new one sooner if you still don't notice anything from a couple of weeks
While I could, I want to see the results of your current test before that. I just want to be more sure. And also I have to do something with the saw palmetto that is still left, it maybe fake but there is no 100% guarantee that it is, so I don't want to throw it away.
>Asking ChatGPT it seems to suggest estrogen creams can increase skin water retention
I'm not that informed about AIs, but I heard that they can hallucinate answers, because they try to meet the prompt. I just want to say that we shouldn't trust it in every situation, especially when it is super specific and there isn't any information about it like in our case.

>Also, I'm gonna start testing stretching for muscle growth
Well, good luck to you. Stretching for a whole hour won't be easy for sure.
>I'm also going to test spot fat reduction by using heating (something I was looking into after you mentioned cling wrapping being used for weigh loss).
Hm... I guess I can test this too if it would only require to wrap the specific body part in the cling wrap when doing cardio after exercises targeted at that bodypart? Like, I get that I'm a skeleton already, but I always wanted my abs to be more defined but no matter how much I worked out there always was a (relatively) thick patch of fat right on my stomach.
