Move Mythic passives to Keystones and scale them based on level. Examples:
>Grasp of the Undying: Gain bonus health.
>Conquerer: Gain bonus Adaptive Force.
>Hail of Blades: Gain bonus attack speed.
>Arcane Comet: Gain bonus Adaptive Force and ability haste.
>Glacial Augment: Gain bonus movement speed and slow resist.
In exchange, remove rune shards so things don't get too snowbally too quickly.
