I don't use it much, but there's clashes on some of the basic attacks and there's Disciplines with Clash too. Basically the idea for Honglan is to time your clashes with her sword combos to do the anime sword hitting sword memes, then just dodge the physical attacks and ranged slash things inbetween. If you stay near her she's less likely to do the annoying charge attacks and quick ranged slashes that are hard to dodge, so that's your best bet for both defense and healing opportunities. Or just respec to Axe + Leech build and win for free.
